MILLING EFFICIENCY
The accuracy of setting the gap between the casing blades and the rotor blades provides shear deformation during grinding.
PRODUCT PARTICLE SIZE AJUSTMENT
There are 4 ways to adjust the particle size of the product:
- installation of grates with various openings;
- installation of various number of blades;
- connection of the dust collector;
- change of rotor speed.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Hinged loading hopper provides quick access to the milling chamber for inspection and replacement of blades and grates, and cleaning of the chamber. Easy adjustment of V-belt drive.
VARIOUS UNLOADING MODES
Design of CM 250 cutting mill allows 2 modes of material unloading:
- Unloading into collecting container;
- Combined unloading: large particles precipitate in the collecting container, small particles precipitate in the dust collector.
COMPATIBLE WITH DUST СOLLECTOR
Ability to connect to dust collector to:
- increase the output (up to 20%);
- lower the temperature in the milling chamber;
- lower the content of dust fraction in the product;
- separate the material into three fractions: precipitated in the receiving container, cyclone and bag filter.
OPERATIONAL SAFETY
The end switch excludes start-up with loading hopper removed. The size and configuration of the loading hopper preclude access to the milling chamber. Bumpers in the hopper exclude the material ejection from the milling chamber. All rotating parts and assemblies are covered by the casing.
QUALITY SPARE PARTS
Knives are made of hardened tool steel. Increased service life of the blades due to the possibility of sharpening. Discharge grates are made of 5 mm steel. CM 250 is equipped with blades template and puller.
