Detail Produk

CRUSHING EFFICIENCY

Effective capture of material particles due to different speeds of rollers.

FLUOROPLASTIC OVERLAYS

The side walls of the crushing chamber are protected by fluoroplastic overlays.

EASY MAINTENANCE

The hopper is attached with hinged bolts. The receiving container is fixed by eccentric clamps.

GAP AJUSTMENT

The adjusting mechanism allows setting the required gap between the rollers and ensure its uniformity.

OPERATIONAL SAFETY

The end switch excludes start-up without loading hopper. All rotating parts and assemblies are covered by casings.

COMPATIBLE WITH VIBRATORY FEEDERS

Completing with VF 1 or VF 2 Vibratory feeders provides:

  • precise adjustment and increase in productivity (up to 20%);
  • reduction of wear of working bodies;
  • reduction of dusting;
  • easy operating.

CONTROL PANEL

The control panel is designed to start and stop the crusher and provides:

  • automatic power off when exceeding the maximum current value or short circuit;
  • protection of the operator from electric shock;
  • motor overload

SPRING BLOCK

A block of springs protects the crusher from breakdowns due to the indestructible object, and adjusting the preload force reduces the over- or under-grinding of the crushed material.

QUALITY SPARE PARTS

Rollers are made of tool steel AISI 1066. Complete with a special wrench for replacing the rollers.
