MILLING EFFICIENCY
Particles of the material are destroyed by the hammers impacts and friction on the inner surfaces of the crushing chamber, as well as self-grinding.
PRODUCT PARTICLE SIZE AJUSTMENT
There are 5 ways to adjust the particle size of the product:
- installation of grates with various openings;
- installation of various sets of hammers;
- change of rotor speed;
- installation of a smooth or ribbed lining of the cover;
- connection of the dust collector.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Hinged cover bolts provide quick access to the milling chamber for inspection and replacement of hammers and grates, and cleaning of the chamber.
OPERATIONAL SAFETY
The end switch excludes start-up with open milling chamber. The size and configuration of the loading hopper preclude access to the milling chamber. Bumpers in the hopper exclude the material ejection from the milling chamber. All rotating parts and assemblies are covered by the casing.
ABILITY TO COMPETE WITH VARIOUS HAMMERS
HC 2×2 Hammer crusher can be equipped with several types of hammers:
- 3 types of thickness — 1.6 mm, 2 mm, and 3 mm;
- 3 types of sharpening — flat, with symmetrical sharpening, and with beveled sharpening.
COMPATIBLE WITH DUST СOLLECTOR
Ability to connect to dust collector to:
- increase the output;
- lower the temperature in the milling chamber;
- lower the content of dust fraction in the product;
- separate the material into three fractions: precipitated in the receiving container, cyclone and bag filter.
FREE SUSPENSION OF THE HAMMERS
Free suspension of the hammers on the rotor axes increases their resource and reduces the risk of mill damage due to the indestructible object entering the milling chamber.
QUALITY SPARE PARTS
The hammers are made of tool steel AISI 1066 and can be turned 180°. Self-aligning rotor bearings reduce the load on parts and assemblies. The grate is made of a standard perforated sheet or 5 mm AISI 1066 sheet laser cut openings.
