 OPERATIONAL SAFETY

All rotating parts and assemblies are covered by the casing. The lid of the loading hopper excludes the material ejection from the crushing chamber.

LABORATORY APPLICATION

Due to its small size and weight, JC 6 is suitable for use in laboratories.

CONVENIENT ADJUSTMENT

Sawtooth threads (instead of metric) reduce the danger of jamming of the adjusting unit. A thread pitch of 3 mm allows to quickly change the gap between the jaws. The lock nut provides a reliable fixation of the gap.

COLLECTING CONTAINER

Possibility of completing with a collecting container of 10 liters.

QUALITY SPARE PARTS

The moving and fixed jaws of JC 6 are interchangeable. Lining armor made of wear-resistant steel. JC 6 jaw crusher can also be equipped with tungsten carbide jaws, which significantly increase jaws resource and allow to crush harder materials.

COMPATIBILITY WITH ROTARY SAMPLE DIVIDER

Simultaneous crushing and reduction due to the combination of JC 6 Jaw Crusher and RSD Rotary sample divider in a single technological complex. Aggregation eliminates the stage of sample overload, which reduces dusting and increases work productivity.

SET OF TRAYS

Rotary sample divider is equipped with trays of different sizes:

• 3 trays for ¼ of the sample;
• 1 tray for ⅛ of the sample;
• a tray with a partition that provides smooth adjustment of the degree of reduction from ⅛ to 1/80 of the total sample volume.

Rotary sample divider can be equipped with trays of other sizes upon special order.
